What do you wear with a lacy black blouse? Blacktop? – Boring. Whitetop?- Classic. Glitter?- Fabulous! I already have a dress in exactly the same glittery fabric, so when I saw this top in a charity shop for £3 I had to have it. The glitter is going nowhere any time soon. Winter Fashion 2020 is still full of it and I intend to wear it too. I have combined it with also glittery trousers and a black coat. The outfit may be mostly black but thanks to all different textures seem more vibrant.
Of course, when you buy something you intend to wear it a lot, but I have to say I did not think this grey jacket that I’m wearing will be worn all through the winter but as the temperature remain mild I reach for it more. The length is good for my figure and the colour is neutral. This time I’m wearing it with a jumper I have bought in the kid’s section because I have wanted it to stop in my waist and new but bought in the sale flared jeans. This is called half-flare and this might be the style to go for as they seem very wearable to me. And to match a pale grey scarf and grey, heeled boots.
I seem to gravitate towards similar colours, dusty pink is one of them. I had this skirt for more than 15 years, over the years it needed a few improvements, but it always fits into some of the current trends. Faux fur and leather are in, so are long skirts, so is the comfort, maybe minus the higher heels ;).
While the snow is melting something warm but practical to wear. A warm black, double-breasted coat with faux fur parts worn with a patterned black, gold and silver skinny jeans and kind of yellow Nike boots. A practical bag completes the look.
Very happy with this jacket, it contains wool and is very warm, double breasted with the bottom half being faux fur. I have paired it with a metallic rose gold scarf and my trusted faux leather trousers.
